This page contains old build plans that have been replaced.
Brakes:
Rear: 92-97 firebird rear calipers, 3rd gen rear caliper brackets (need to be modified), barley used hawks pads and slotted rotors.
Front: b-body swap currently waiting on spindles. calipers yet to be picked but I'm thinking either stock or wilwood d52 replacements.
78 camaro booster, 79 t/a disk disk master, yet to be chosen adjustable prop valve.
suspension:
rear: PTFB heavy duty suspension kit (comp kit), stock z28 sway bar, traction bars and Monroe sensa-trac shocks. to start with at least.
Front: I'm thinking pro-touringf-bodys front end comp kit or front end rebuild kit, PTFB comp springs, Monroe sensa-trac shocks and stock sway bar.
body: solid body bushings and bolt on sub frame connectors.
Wheels: 3rd gen T/a 16x8 aluminum
V2
Engine: currently an l48 from a 78 corvette with 70,000KM on it.
Future plan for it: 336X heads with 2.02 and 1.60 valves and ported exhaust (might go with something cheap and aftermarket), comp cams XE262H grind with matching springs, mellings lifters, performer 2101 intake, modified 800 cfm Rochester, yet to be chosen headers and a 2.5 inch exhaust. Mickey T valve covers and K&N air cleaner.
Trans: TH350 from the same vette as the engine with the same kilometers on it. seems to have a shift kit.
Rear end: 8.5inch 10-bolt should be 3.42 with a posi but it failed the burnout test. I plan to rebuild it.
Safety features: padded 4 point roll bar done by A and A proformace (custom). 5 point harnesses on all seats.
Lighting: led tail lights and h4 headlights.
Wiring: procomp electronics/speedmaster harnnes. how could they mess up wires.
cooling: stock size alumium rad (griffin?), trans oil cooler.
